1. Service Agreement
By purchasing a service from JobSprint, you authorize us to submit job applications on your behalf using the information provided. JobSprint does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employer responses. Our service is designed to increase application volume and improve job search efficiency, but results may vary.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Since this is a digital service, refunds will not be issued once the application process has started. If a service cannot be fulfilled due to an issue on our end, a resolution may be offered at JobSprint’s discretion.
3. Subscription Agreement (For $100/month Plan)
Customers subscribed to the Unlimited Applications Plan ($100/month) will be billed automatically every month. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services. Subscribers may cancel their plan at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support@jobsprint.com.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including resumes, job preferences, and application details. JobSprint is not liable for job rejections due to inaccuracies, outdated resumes, or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
5. Application Submission Process
JobSprint applies to jobs based on the criteria provided by the customer.
We do our best to tailor applications but cannot falsify information.
Applications are submitted on an ongoing basis, depending on job availability.
Customers will receive confirmation updates regarding application submissions.
6. Termination of Services
JobSprint reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer provides false information, violates these terms, or engages in fraudulent activity.
